Our jewelry arrives ready for gift giving, packaged in a clear cellophane bag with an info card on each stone's properties.  

Send A Gift

We will gladly ship directly to your gift recipient and provide a complimentary gift card and gift pouch!  While checking out, simply enter their name and address as the shipping address and reply to your order confirmation email with your gift card message.

 

Customization

We offer free customization on bracelet sizing and necklace chain length.  Please reply to your order confirmation email immediately after placing your order with your customization request.

We also love to create customized designs!   Send us an email with the stones and/or design idea you have in mind to get the process started!

Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on U.S. orders $75 USD+ and Canadian orders over $125 USD.

For U.S. and Canadian orders under $75 USD shipping options start at $8 USD 

International orders:
We ship worldwide!  Shipping fees with any applicable taxes and duties imposed by your country are charged at checkout to allow swift and easy delivery!

PLEASE NOTE: Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  You will receive an email once your order ships. 

International customers, please note that you are responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be imposed by your country upon importation. 

Payments & Currencies
You can now shop in several currencies.  In order to check out in your selected currency, you must use Shopify Payments (regular checkout) or ShopPay (express checkout).  If you choose another option such as PayPal, your order will be converted and charged in USD. 

Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products!  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery date to receive a full refund less shipping costs.  Jewelry must be returned in its original condition.  Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.

Accidents happen!  If you accidentally damage your Samata Stones jewelry or experience any problems please contact us so we can make it right!
